Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear and unequivocal statement.

You may use the provided model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

You may also submit your withdrawal electronically using the withdrawal function ("Declare Withdrawal") available on our website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Special Provisions for Coaching, Mentoring, Workshops, and Services

Our services include, in particular:

  • One-on-one coaching

  • Group programs

  • Mentoring programs

  • Workshops

  • Online events

  • Consulting and coaching services

  • Comparable digital and in-person services

If you expressly request that we begin providing the services before the withdrawal period expires, you agree to such commencement.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after we have already begun providing the services, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already performed up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services agreed under the contract.

If the service has been fully performed and you expressly agreed that we could begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expired, and you acknowledged that you understood you could lose your right of withdrawal as a result, your right of withdrawal may expire in accordance with applicable law.

Digital Content and Digital Services

Our offers may include digital content and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Course recordings

  • Workshop recordings

  • Meditations

  • Audio files

  • Videos

  • Digital materials

  • Downloads

  • Readings

  • Other digital content

Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium is generally made available immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you expressly confirm:

  • that you request us to begin supplying the digital content or digital services immediately; and

  • that you understand your right of withdrawal may expire under the applicable legal provisions once the supply of the digital content has begun.

Personalized Services and Individual Readings

For services created specifically for you, including personalized readings, individually prepared analyses, or comparable personalized content, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where the applicable legal requirements are met.

This applies in particular where the service has been produced according to your personal specifications and, once production has begun, cannot reasonably be reused or otherwise exploited for another purpose.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if:

  • you have expressly agreed that we may begin supplying the content before the withdrawal period expires;

  • you have acknowledged that you understand you may lose your right of withdrawal by giving such consent; and

  • we have begun supplying the digital content.

For services that have been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires where the legal requirements are fulfilled, in particular if you expressly agreed that performance of the service should begin before the withdrawal period expired and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.
