General terms and conditions of business

1. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT

Yves and Lara Coaching Ltd offers online coaching services in the field of personal and spiritual development.

The services are provided exclusively online.

 

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The contract is concluded upon successful completion of the purchase transaction.

With your purchase, you will gain access to appointment booking and can select your sessions independently.

 

3. Commencement of Services & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You expressly agree that the service will begin immediately after purchase (provision of booking and reservation of coaching capacity).

The right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract.

 

4. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the session will be considered used.

In case of delay, the meeting duration may be shortened accordingly. If the meeting is delayed by more than 10 minutes, it may be considered as having taken place.

 

5. BOOKING PERIOD

Sessions must be used within 90 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.

This excludes offers with different durations, in particular 6- or 12-month packages.

Unused sessions expire after the respective deadline.

 

6. REFUND

Booked services are binding and non-refundable.

Payment processing is handled by Twin Flames Universe. Payments processed through Twin Flames Universe are subject to their respective payment and refund terms.

This is especially true because:

• Services can be planned individually

• Coaching time is reserved exclusively

• the service is provided immediately after purchase

 

7. COOPERATION

Respectful and constructive cooperation is expected.

We reserve the right to terminate the cooperation in individual cases if its continuation does not appear sensible.

 

8. DISCLAIMER

The coaching services offered do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not replace such treatment.

No liability is assumed for decisions or actions taken based on the coaching content.

9. INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Yves and Lara Coaching Ltd collaborates with Twin Flames Universe on international coaching services.

Payment processing and parts of the organizational service coordination are handled via Twin Flames Universe.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Certain products include digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately available offerings. By purchasing products from Yves & Lara, the customer expressly requests immediate access and commencement of services. The customer acknowledges that access to the purchased content and services begins immediately after purchase and that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of services.
